Description

from the cattleshow yesterday... the different herds are driven through the village to a big place in front of the old arsenal. When they arrive there they are fixed to the chains so buyers can have a good look at them and identiy them by the blue numbers on their butts. It's really a show to see the herds mixing with each other and some of the younger cows frolic around a give their owner sometimes a hard case to get them were they belong. Most of them will go between already fixed ones on their own will, as they are used to it. Nevertheless it's a big mooing in all pitches over the whole place and of course its something unusual for the cow too, so they won't stay all clean the whole day..lol..as you can see below... I was caught up in the first shot. Have you thought about removing the numbers on the rumps and then removing the people, etc. in the background...maybe giving it a bit of blur? I really think this would make that shot a stellar work and more than just a view of the festival. Honest, its a fabulous shot!
