Description
ALWAYS make sure the top tier in a set up like this is in the 'locked' position! A short time before this shot, it wasn't and Heather took a spill onto Carolyn below. No injuries and the shoot went on!

lol-I stopped shooting and went and made sure neither of them broke anything.
