This is the third and last in this series, composed of "The Stone Father", "The Stone Mother" and now "The Stone Friend", all featuring the same boy and some other things in common.
Each image has a different emotion behind. Among other things (some of which are unique to each viewer), in the first you can see protection, in the second you can see comfort, in the third... well, I'll leave that to you.

Magnificent scene, wonderful lighting - it would also work as a landscape on its own without the stone figure and child. Not sure they add to it - maybe could use in a separate image?

I already enjoyed the previous two a lot, however this is definitely the cherry on the cake. Composition, lighting and execution are truly outstanding. A very touching image which will go right away to my favorites. Keep it up!
