Description

I tooled around yesterday and captured lots of pictures of the Fall colors; I also stopped at a little petting zoo about 30 miles from here called "A maze'n Farmyard", located in Eden Valley Minnesota. What a lot of fun that was! Even though I went alone, I was far from ALONE ... the people there were all animal lovers and so it felt like we all knew each other forever. Kinda of strange how that happens sometimes, isn't it? :-) I actually fell in love there ... with a Lama. My goodness, what a personality and omg, what a face he/she had! (I didn't check lol) ... his face was cartoon-like! I'll post him sometime so you can meet him. :-) But for now, I felt like posting this lovely dove. Being the bird lover that I am .. I have always wanted to photograph one. Well, yesterday was my lucky day. In more ways than ONE! I hope you are all having a great weekend. I know I have lots of gallerys here to catch up on, and will be doing just that, this evening. Work has been pretty busy lately, and putting in the extra hours has taken what was left of me. This just oozes all kinds of feelings at the same time Shari, peace and tranquility, cold and loneliness, solitude, sadness, love and hope and a whole lot more. They say a picture paints a thousand words, It might not be a thousand here but I guess I could get that many if I tried a bit harder. Lets just say it speaks volumes. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

Beautiful soft image and cool tones, Shari. Reminds me of the winter shot I posted of a dove, similar pose. Such sweet subjects for a photo and very nicely done. :)
