LOL This reminds me of a great and true old local legend, about a hydroplane that was a bit heavy in the rear. He revved it up and then cut the engine. The boat ended up at the bottom of the reservoir, 265 feet deep, dragged straight down by its turbo. Nice capture. Pictures do that sometimes. Remind us of our own stories, I mean.

Great shot...color and detail. Ready for a little trivia? Did you know that the Japanese were the first to develope 4-cycle outboards some years ago. This makes them nice and quiet and you don't have to mix oil and gas anymore. US manufacturers said it couldn't be done (make a 4-cycle versus a 2-cycle outboards). "That so", said Honda and Yamaha, "We've been doing it for 15 years." Now, Mercury, Johnson, etc. are making 'em too :-) Downside? More expensive. Bill
