Description

Generally when I walk alone to the store I don't take my camera because of the bad neighborhood, but yesterday it was quiet out...everyone waiting for impending rain. So I took it because I saw these on my way to the store a few days ago. There were 8 perfect mounds and I wanted to take a pic of them all in a row but there were too many people in the way. So this is what I got, the pink and white impatiens remind me of peppermint candy at Christmas and the song by Joey Dee and The Starlighters - Peppermint Twist.(some of you may remember) Thanks for looking and previous comments and favs!

such a pretty bunch and yes they look like candy...smile..although the red and white candy they remind me of it's not peppermint over here it's strawberry cream...smile

Nice capture of such pretty little flowers. Starlight mints are one of my favorite candies - I eat them all year 'round, not just during the holidays ;-)
