Description

Hello.... So I really just wanted to showcase some new models I've been working on, and this is the end result. The three main models (as well as some of the smaller, similar ones) were made using xfrog. The rest is modified Vue vegetation, mostly made with my own leaf textures. This species is one of many in a diverse family spread over the entire known world, from the lush hillsides of Mersinoe to the arid wastes of Ukarnun and even the dry steppe lands of distant Dinma. They are comprised of many parts, including the main fruit at the very top, fleshy meat on the main spines, and prickly thorns on the main stem (as well as smaller, sometimes poisonous hairs on the larger spines)..... Hope you like them!

This is so cool.. and beautiful.. and odd.. and it's almost like looking at a photograph of some newly discovered plant species.. oh yeah.. love the title too!

Very beautiful...somewhat alien in the overall vibe, but in my opinion, that's quite exquisite. Great textures and light, nicely subtle colors. In short, I like everything about this and the title for it is what drew my attention first. Great work!
