Born 1941. Yeah, I know, that's old. Live in Rome. Was raised in Buenos Aires, and still feel that as home. Work as a consultant in GIS (Geographical Information Systems). My hobby, or maybe my real profession, is South American history. My wife is a very well known (in her specialized world ) Roman archeologist. Our son is 30 years old, but hasn't decided to grow up yet. Deals in politics. We travel, at least an important travel each year.

The way the sun and cloud-shadow mix here in the crater, combined with the earth's pattern in the crater as well, really give this a spectacular interest and focus.

Excellent panorama - good work on the splicing, too. I see a most recent cinder cone in the sunlight of the caldera.
