Description
My first attempt at making "Will o wisps." Bryce, Poser, Photoshop. Please, add comments and suggestion. How can I make the "Will o wisps" brighter with out lighting up the whole scene?

sweeeeeet, that looks great! i don't know if i can suggest anything for this are the falling thingies snow flakes? they look like just dots painted on that's my only negative criticism the rest is awesome :)

Nope, the thingies are my Will o Wisps or Ghost Lights. I need to make them brighter, but couldn't do that without overlighting the scene. :( Any suggestions? :)

Impressive piece with a nice artistic concept that you've carried out well. Still trying to figure out lighting myself, so can't help you there ;-(

Very Cool !!!! I can help you with the lighting problem....open image in Photoshop go to imageadjustcurves* (or ctrl+M) when the edit window pops up put your "crosshair" in the middle of the grid click on the Black line and drag up towards the left corner of the grid....you're editing only the mid-tones of your picture.....you can "place" multiple handels on the curve "Black line" by clicking again anywhere on the line.. at the bottom of the grid is "blacks" and the top is "whites"...so you can edit a bunch of different tones ...without effecting "all" tones. ;-)

thats a very cool image
