As Ontar nears the tower the girl’s flailing legs slow and fall toward the ground. Ontar speeds on and reaches the girl, as soon as he grabbed her leg, her legs begin kicking and her heel connects with Ontar’s jaw first and then the stomach, causing Ontar to reel back and fall; to the ground. “Damn, she kicks as hard as a warhorse,” Ontar muttered holding and rubbing his jaw. Leaping up from the ground Ontar once more enters the fray and timed it just right to grab both her legs and pulling with all his might. With an audible pop the girl came suddenly free and both fell to the ground. Hurrying Ontar checked to see if she was still breathing and luckily she was but had passed out. Picking her up Ontar carried her toward the side of the tower, laying her down on a soft patch of grass. He then hurried toward a small spring to get some fresh water. On his return he found her starting to raise up looking around a little lost, she then noticed Ontar. “Well, hello there, tall, dark, and probably old as the hills,” she said. “Excuse me?,” Ontar growled. “Well, the only thing I can see in that cowl is a silver beard, so you must be old.”, she said. “Not quite, young lady,” Ontar said and threw back the hood. At first she just stared and looked a little surprise. “Your hair is silver too but your face isn’t old at all,” she marveled, for his hair looked like silky but also metallic. “Yeah, I think it’s a family curse or something.”, Ontar replied. “Why don’t you just shave it off?”, she asked. “I did and it was back the next day. Like I said, it’s a family curse. But, enough of that. How are you feeling, ….. never mind you must be feeling alright to ask so much.”, Ontar said. rubbing his slowly darkening jaw. “What happened,” she asked turning her head to the side. “I got kicked, ….. “Oh, I am sorry, I thought something had grab me,” she said covering her mouth with her hands. “Anyway what is your name, my name is Ontar.”, he said introducing himself and handing her the cup of water. “Thank you, my name is Rapport, but you can call me Rap,” she replied and sipped the water. “Different, you're not from around here,” Ontar stated as of it was a fact. “No, I am not”, she said, “And just where is here?” So, Ontar sat down to give Rap her first lesson for being on Arganthia.
