Description

Very funny how this one turned out... I hadn't planned anything at all, but have some fun with... some webcam capture of mine... The original shot has -of course- nothing to do with the result that looks like some Trent Reznor in torment, and I am extremely surprised of having achieved something so close to a painting... Well I actually digipainted some parts of it, and played with textures and transparency to get something that could be taken for a painting... bla bla. Then end justifies the means :D... Just you remember I had great fun making this dark piece that wasn't supposed to be born the same day as me!!! cheers my friends Elisabeth

I imagine on very close inspection, to see little portraits of hundreds of people hidden in this one, making up the detail. Bravo!

This is an impressive and outstanding piece of work! I DO love the elements of this that so closely resemble an actual painting. I'm also struck by a wee bit of coincidence as well: this reminds me of the "face" on Mars. This stands on its own, without any need to refer to anything else, though now, I DO wanna dig up some Trent Reznor/Nine Inch Nails. Great work here, and I especially love the colors!
