Description

This is a 'snap' at the local Rose Gardens. Last year this time, things looked very grim for here for lack of rain. It's been a long drought here. Feel free to download this and experiment with it. i think you learn lots from allowing other to experiment on your work. I did have to compress this file a lot and the quality is a 'tad poor.
