Description
Tall White Lady strode into the multi-use room, followed closely by Capitan Dokka Tkarro. He asked her,"Why are you so armored up?"
TWL remarked,"In case of Martya successfully teleporting out."
Martya was stretching in the nano-pit and frowned at them. She was wearing a one-piece body-suit that neither of seen her in. She grumbled,"The second try, with Toxic and Snowflake, gave me some information. Snowflake said it was an energy field dampening the space around the Torch-ship. It was generating a negative mass or some such. Toxic said it was a hungry darkness that would eat us all up."
TWL asked her,"What did Azkibel say?"
Martya growled,"A bunch of rude shit that I wanted to tear her head off for. GOD! She is the RUDEST humanoid I ever spoke to! She doesn't know any more about the Four Sisters system, than WE do! Crap."
"Pazu told me that our satchel nuke wouldn't...I mean COULDN'T, explode on most Galactic's ship due to something called a Zeon projector. Some kind of plug-in module for the Relative Inertia Frame. Makes fission impossible."
"On the lighter side, the two failed teleports changed my default outfit to THIS and I can project holograms of whatever I can imagine. Wow." Martya concluded with a miserable tone.
The door to the M-U room slid open and Pelza, the healer came in, followed by the transformed River-Prince. She looked around embarrassedly and said,"He wanted to come in. He's been pretty persistent lately. Sorry. At least he's wearing pants and some armor now."
The River-Prince made a variety of dolphin-like noises. TWL nodded and Martya asked, "Really? You can hear a voice from the violet-pink star?"
The River-Prince nodded and said some some other things. TWL said,"Well that explains a lot. He must have a malleable structure. Toxic's blood change my appearance. The alien Neon shot spilled blood on the roof-top where River-Prince lapped it up. Weird."
Thistledown,Dokka and Pelza looked at the two women in surprise. Thitledown, the huge hulking Cyclops machine-life man, asked,"You can understand that? HOW?"
TWL shrugged and said,"I read his mind. I never could before. Must be do to the upgrade in abilities I had."
Martya said,"I can translate any language. He knows the common language, but he cannot speak it. Wrong voice-box. ANYWAY...ol' P-R hear can hear a transmission of some kind from the area around the torch-ship." She looked at TWL.
TWL said,"It's alien all right.I can home in it and transfer it to Martya. We might be able to teleport to it."
Dokka turned to Thistledown and said,"Get a backpack of demolition gear down here, fast! Might not be able to nuke the alien ship, but if Martya can take a team into it, we can sabotage it, Hurt it somehow."
Thistledown said,"Demo-pack on the way, Capitan."
TWL said,"It'll give us 'an ace in the hole' as the old saying goes. Timed explosives?"
Dokka said with an enthusiastic tone,"Sounds good to me. Thistledown can figure out the best time to set the explosives to detonate. Martya, how many can you carry?"
Martya shrugged,"Me, Tall White Lady, and I guess, River-Prince. NO humans. If we're spotted with humans, we'll be shot on sight. At least the three of us might gain a second or two while they go,'Who the fuck is THAT?' " She laughed.
Pelza laughed as well,"I was thinking that when Princey woke up and lost his tail and wings!"
Capitan Tkarro said to Thistledown,"Carbines for Martya and TWL. The 'Prince' IS a weapon-system! This is more of a plan than we had. Let's do it."

Wow, fantastic scene and characters, excellent story line and excellent work!!!!!!!!!!!
ArtPearl
Really lively scene with lots of interactions between the characters, and yet clarity is maintained. I wouldnt choose bright orange/red for background items because the tend to 'pop out' and distract, but that's a minor detail.

Yes, that orange does distract a bit. The richness and variety of your characters never ceases to amaze me. Excellent work!
