Description

The view from the deck of the little cabin we rented on our vacation in the Methow Valley outside of Winthrop Wa. Winthrop is based on an old western town complete with wooden sidewalks, hitching posts. And all the building fronts are in a wooden western theme facade. One of the restaurants was a little red school house. I took this the first night we was there as the sun was going down and the day was cooling off, setting and have a cup of tea on the deck these beautiful horse came across the valley below us. Looks fantastic here like a western movie shot, can almost hear those early cowboys telling someone the town is a days ride over that ridge :)...Glad you had a good time there, I envy you!
