Description

This little guy was lurking at the nursery, and I couldn't resist a portrait! .......... I'm posting this cutie in thanks to all my friends who sent me their thoughts, prayers and good wishes this morning. Although it wasn't the most fun I've had this week, the surgery went well. My left eye is taped shut and I have a plastic patch over it as well. It's too clunky to get my glasses on properly, so right now I'm limping along with some VERY poor vision! I just wanted to stop by and post something so you know I'm okay. The patch doesn't come off until tomorrow, at which time I have a follow-up appointment. I'll spend Wednesday at home, and see about going back to work on Thursday. Don't expect to see me around for a little while! I just spend half an hour here, and I'm exhausted. It's time for another nap. Thanks, everyone! :)

A brilliantly colorful and sweet image! I love this critter, whatever/whoever he (she?) is. It's good to know that things went well with the surgery, and once the patch is off, things should be back, rather gloriously, to normal...and that is always a good thing.
