Description

A dramatic show-piece made shortly after the end of "Humanity's First Interstellar War" as part of a recruiting campaign. Featured is a series of successive generations of transport ships, each designed to move settlers and commerce to the ever-expanding frontier. Furthest away are the earlier ships, closest to the camera is the latest generation of modular ships, capable of not only rotational "gravity" but each section can be detached , allowing the ship to vary in size depending upon the mission. ------------ Each of these ships I've used before, but I wanted a series to partly examine my own changing designs over time. They are all my own creations, modeled and rendered in Bryce, background, compositing and postwork all in Photoshop. Thanks for taking a look!

I've said it once...well...more than once, but I'll say it again; your starships are awesome! I love the feasability of them. In addition to that, you've created a fantastic, impressive, and complicated universe. The implied histories in this and related works is well thought out...great world-building. Fantastic render here as well, one that (like your others) both inspires and rewards multiple viewings!
