Description
If I tell you the sky is blue, would you believe me? If I tell you that the sun is yellow, would you believe me? If I tell myself that the sky is green, would I believe me? No, I would not, because I have learned the colors and know that the sky is mostly blue. So why in the heck would we tell ourselves things that are untrue? I think that from time to time we should listen to our self-talk. We might be amazed at some of the things that we say and believe to be the truth of our beingness. Do we really believe that we aren't enough? No way! Does our subconscious believe what we tell it?... there just might be a little yes to that answer. Our mind does not know fact from fiction and when we think that we believe that we are lacking... when it is heard often enough by our subconscious... we start seeing things show up in our experience that seem to confirm what we've heard inside of our heads. After a while we forget what we have said because we ignore the mind chatter, but it's still there... going on and on. So today... just for today... let's unthink those old thoughts that have cluttered our minds with untruths. Let us know for ourselves that we are always complete... that we are never lacking nor do we need to change that wonderful us. Let us cancel out that mind chatter which does not support the truth of our beingness. And cancel it we shall. We shall begin by listening to our mind chatter. When we hear thoughts that do not support the truth of our beingness, we shall say to ourselves "cancel, cancel... that is not the truth of who I am." Then we shall replace that old thought with a newer and better thought... and that's how we can unthink a thought. Dwell upon the positive and more positive things will show up in your life experience. Try it... you just might be surprised by how well you master the art of unthinking thoughts. How divine. How simply divine.
