Description
Another of my bamboo paintings...
this one in honor of the Jewish Day of Atonement (which was Thursday).
I picked this one for its longer-than-usual stretch,
because the bamboo represented resilience in the midst of great winds...
may the "time of ingathering" bring resilience and renewal to all.
Good graces to all,
and a beautiful fall too,
Mark
Full-size is larger.
(Brush & ink on paper. Border in PS.)

I always know I can come to your gallery for a thoughtful and uplifting message Mark. This is wonderful and in these times I think just the message many of us need to keep us positive despite all the bad news around us. Great one my friend, and I hope you are doing better :)

A great hand here for the medium - a strong gust of wind; black ink of old bones; rain and tears both renew when the storms break.
