Description
I don't know if this a tree or a bush, its about 7ft. tall.

Does it have thorns? We have one here that does we call an autumn olive. The leaves resemble those of a willow. As a tree the closest would be the black cherry here. Not sure what you have.

I'm thinking photinia, but I'm nowhere near confident in that guess! I see a lot of them around here too, and would like to know...
