More here than meets the eye at first glance. Is that a cloud, or ghost, bisecting the walker? Or maybe I have been staring at my screen too long. Cool photo composition,Ed.

Why would they have to go to all that trouble just to tell Mr. Finley to walk? Does he always wants to run and become a danger to other pedestrians? Why is the sign made of metal? Does Mr. Finley have super strength and a bad temper? Why should he walk when it appears that you have to move fast so the seagulls won't s--t all over you? This picture is very rich in meaning, not just the foolishness above but real, Alfred Hitchcock overlays. The blurred seagull is the crowning touch.

:) I've heard of him, he was fond of telling his students to "take a walk and make a friend". You've put an unusual slant on this popular waterfront park. I like it though, it's very moody.

Eerily still and then all that movement near the sign. There's a mini hurricane of activity in the middle. Very focused and moody.
