My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

This is great fun, and a fascinating glimpse into your past/heritage! Beautifully presented, too!

Wow, very well presented! you know way more about your family than I know about mine...and we're all from Minnesota, so we're neighbors there too of a sort!

These are neat. History made at home. Wonder if Raleigh is any bigger today.

Awesome Historic shots well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are really incredible shots and record so much history - not just family but life there at that time. It's easy to imagine what it was like back then. I have been back to many of the spots my ancestors owned and built only to find highrises and new structures now stand on the land.

WOOOW!! How interesting. Wonderful pictures indeed. I love the one with the children and the cheep. Well, NOW you make me think about my beloved childhood books of Laure Ingalls Wilder. I still have all 10 books. I read them about 10 times or more. Tara, thank you for sharing these lovely photos.
