Description

Back to France (its cold!), after one month mostly in South Arizona and South New Mexico (29 days with a lot of sun and 38°/40°C !. Border agents asked us five times our passports, one of them didnt know obviously our country, France. Once we were by error, at the entry of Fort Huachuca (Army Secret Services at Sierra Vista, AZ). We saw a lot of guards for a few minutes. But they were very kind and said to us, "this is the wrong way".

I left a "Picture Book of the Bible" on a car parked in a park and ride area near Ft. Huachuca in 1984. Just my way of tracking Sunday School lessons.

Yup, I bumped into secret service agents once on accident when I sort of got to close to President Nixon's private beach in San Clemente. They are certainly all business but they are very helpful and did turn me around and headed in another direction. :-) I like this shot of this yellowing tree. The russet plants under it are wonderful contrast.
