Thought I would share my profession with all of you. This is a photo capture of the instrument where I am organist...in the Reading, PA area. Quite a drive for me a couple of times per week but well worth the salary $$$$$.
The largest pipes are over 18 feet in height and about 16 inches in diameter. Behind the pipes which you see are approximately 2,000 more ranging in height from about a few inches (the size of a well-worn pencil) to 9 feet.
For those of you who are afficionados, it is a Wicks instrument consisting of 21 straight ranks on 2 manuals (keyboards) and 32 note Pedalboard and was installed in the very modern looking church in 1979.
At present day instrument construction costs, it is worth over $650,000. Pitch range is from 32' up to a IV rank Mixture and there is a very powerful Trompette 8' on the Great (lower) manual.
The photo (taken with a Nikon S52 digital camera) was integrated with PhotoScape 3.2 which included the frame, lens flares and linen-look background.

I remember when you first sent me a pictue of these pipes about a year ago. In those days it was a simple photograph. You are now showing how far you have come these days by your excellent postwork. All you need to do now is fire up an mp3 of you playing when we hit full-view LOL. Tony.
