Description

I thought I should get a shot of my biggest maples in thier autumn glory before the wind blows the red leaves away. The left one is Acer palmatum (Japanese Maple) twin trunk style, based on mother and daughter, or father and son. The smaller trunk under the guidance and care of the dominent trunk, lovelly idea! The right one Acer Buergerianum (Trident Maple) informal upright style. The net tunnel gives some wind protection and a little shade to try and stop "burn" on the leaf edges.
