Description
It's Ronnies Birthday on Monday(tomorrow) but I am busy all day with appointments so I have uploaded a day early. This is for him. Happy Birthday mate. Two dedi's from me in one week people will be talking. #;0) have a good un Ronnie.
This is three imagess stitched together and is an overview of Rochdale, the Home of the Co-op. It was taken 100 yards up the road from the ruined cottages I uploaded a couple of days back. In the center of the image you can see the Seven Sisters, seven tower blocks right in the town center. Just to the right of the second from the left you can just make out the round clock face on Rochdale Town Hall. If I walked anothe four yards I would be on open moorland, nothing but sheep and heather.
Thanks for stopping by for a look and for any comments you care to make.
Have a good week now!

Nice work Jeff Zoom is essential for this one!, for a minute I thought that the road here was Rooley Moor Road- one of my previous uploads. great birthday dedication to a good mate here on RR. nicely stitched together, you can make out the blackbox council offices to the left of the seven sisters and incidentally the tower block over to the far far right in the distance is in the centre of Oldham!.

Yeah, Awesome detail you've captured in this great pan! You need to sell this one to the city for their brochures and website~ :::: I see "Pennines Bridal(way?" on the sign... Pennines is a mountain range if I remember my geography right... Also a pretty name for whatever...lol
