To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.

Masterly work, Sugar Plum. Light, beautiful, and clear. A very noble posting. The support of this matter is of uttermost importance. Way too many people nowadays... treat animals like they were a THING. This is a good reminder to people. Respect animals, as if they were human. They almost are.#;o)

In my service I've seen how people undergoing loss or pain have gained incomparable comfort from pets, because the pet is wholly unconditional in its love. Studies have shown that when humans are with their dogs, their heart rate goes down, their stress levels drop, etc. It's likely because of the simple & pure nature of love that passes between them...Anyone who's lost a dog knows it's like losing a sibling or even a child, there's no other way to say it. Your picture is awash in light and radiance, and is a beautiful statement on love between us and other animals, and the caress we feel for them forever. When Hamlet dies, Horatio says, "and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest...": So it is with beloved animals. (I'm sure you know that "pet" is related to "petite," i.e., small. But it also means "intimate": These animals are our intimates...) A touching piece and call; and may its call be heard by all...

Oh wow, nice puppy and I hope he did not leave last week or so, wow I hear and feel your pain hun no matter when the little one went on to the bridge of life.
