This is a new version of the image I posted yesterday, link below. I would really like to know which one you prefer. I asked to my son and to a friend and they had opposite opinions. :-)
All flowers in this one are from Incredibly Lush series in C3D.

Both are fantastic, but this one is the best for me. The white colors of the flowers gives more light to the image and the scene looks more realistic.

The lilac flowers give the picture a more mystery note, so i would prefer the first one.

I prefer the colour of the flowers in the first version but this one has much better lighting - that's my personal opinion :)

i prefer this one, though i love both. my first reaction was, "the red is brighter!" i'm betting it isn't, and it's just your use of white. purple and red are analogous colors, and if you use them in a scene with a lot of complementary color (the red and green), i think they just don't have the resonance a higher contrast combination could. also, the poppy trail is the primary focus of the piece, and its form makes it stand out. it's better when the colors work with the contrast rather than against it. i also like the light better.

Very nice scene. I like this version better. There is a little more space between the flower heads allowing us to see more green. Also the lighting seems brighter and better here. Excellent work on both scenes!

I'm sorry, I like both of them for different reasons. The first seemed more fantastical, the second one more realistic. I love them both! Perhaps it could be a matched pair.

Like them both...equally. The only thing that stands out in the "negative" category is the tree selection...they all have the same bend in the trunk...just rotated. Maybe add a few different species.

I think I like this one better too more height variety in the vegetation around the "poppy way". However, I really like those purple flowers in the first and definitely prefer the lighting in the first one - it's a tough decision and I had to go back and forth several times :)
