Description

My first post for a long time, the reason? This image is the reason. Coming soon ( I hope )to a runtime near you, is BikerChick. Currently in testing and hopefully available in my store in the foreseeable future. Render details, The render was done in Poser 7 with the firefly renderer. The only post work on the image is the addition of the background and I replaced V4's head and hair with that of a real model, oh and a bit of colour correction to blend them together. I hope you like the image and as ever all comments are welcome, good or bad. Thanks for looking.

To artposer, The hand doesn't look so funny in a fullsize view :) but thanks for the comment.

"The only post work on the image is the addition of the background and I replaced V4's head and hair with that of a real model..." I'm not going to win any friends pointing this out, but that's not good practice for the center focus of your image in the Realism gallery, nor is it for a marketplace item.

Is the outfit whats going to be sold .. or the bike? Its not the skin texture or body morph, I hope because then what was the sense of photoshoping a head onto it?? I'm confused now.

To kathym. Thanks for asking. It is the outfit only that is being sold. To piz99. I agree that I changed the head but the rest of the image looks pretty real as well in my opinion. As for bad practice for a market place item, well yes I would agree with that also if it was the character or texture, but as it is the outfit that is being sold, and that hasn't been postworked. the point is mute. But thanks for your opinion.

Nice outfit Trev, can she wear the jacket she's carrying?

)

scooby37

1:16PM | Thu, 16 October 2008

To gibby.g Yes she can wear the jacket, the jacket comes as a conforming item of clothing and as a smartprop parented to the left or right hand, in fact there are four smart propped Jackets and they go with included poses which are mirrored for right hand or left hand versions of the poses. If you get my meaning.:)

Awesome image, Trev. Great composition work. A great marketplace image should make you want to buy the product as soon as you look at it, and this one definitely does the trick.

Sorry, way behind the bots again so I am forced to cut and paste to let you know I viewed your work. However I have come to a decision to resolve this. Since the majority of my favorite artist do not view or take the time to comment on my work I am going to be selfish and respond in kind or in this case not respond. All of you that I post this comment to are great artist in my humble opinion. Please do not hate me too much....when I first looked at your pic . I though WOW that is one hot character she looks so real...I want her. That is not to say your outfit is not very good. It is.
