Ahhhh, and what a find companion this Mr. Russel will make for your brother. I hope your brother has a lot of patience and knows how to laugh. :-) They are amazing dogs. So is this portrait.

My wife Pauline used to have one of these called Benny, he was a belting dog, he used to let anybody come into the house but he would not let them out until she told him to. A friend of mine tried to get past him without Pauline telling the dog, he had a sore backside for a couple of weeks. If anybody lifted their arm near her Benny used to snarl and his hackles would come up until the arm was lowered. They might be small dogs but boy are they tenacious when they want to be. I hope your brother enjoys his dog as much as we enjoyed Benny. Excellent capture Christo, it looks like he will make a very good friend for your brother. Bravo!!!!!

Ag my moeder... He is sooooo cute Christo. My brother recently got a short legged one who got 'cat flu' this week but luckily survived. They are quite a hand full but wonderful dogs. :)
