Description

I'm in the last couple of steps for this dress, which will be available free in a few days. For earlier WIP versions of this project, look in my gallery. I still have some "fun" morphs to do but I've implemented all of the applicable DAZ Morphs++ and Muscle morph sets into the dress. I am breaking in my copy of Dimension3D's Morphing Clothes, which is a wonderfully effective and accurate tool, and a super value at the price. IMO it did a much better job at fitting this dress for all the different morphs than I could have done by hand, and it automated MANY steps - e.g. it rationalized all the morph targets, so the final CR2 is very light, with all the morphs loaded it is only 6.5MB. Pics with the dress colored WHITE are the DAZ Morphs++ morphs. Those with the dress colored BLACK are from the Muscle morphs. I actually included EVERY morph that had a noticeable impact on how the dress fits, but obviously I can't show a pic of each and every one - you can take my word for it, they all look perfect. All the dials are also nicely organized into groups the way the V4 character dials are grouped. I am debating whether or not to make the morphs "superconforming", probably I will leave them in their current state. Enjoy, feedback welcome.

wow, you are so so clever to model something as lovely as this. I can only imagine how much hard work this is. Wow and well done!!

Looks great ... The only thing I'm wondering is how it hangs with breast large and breast implant ... Is there a technical reason why it curves under with those two morphs but hangs more realistically under the others? Of course, this is coming from someone who can't model to save their lives yet, so it might have a perfectly rational explanation and I just don't get it :)

Because the morphs were converted by automation, and real world physics are not involved ;)

Hmm since I am doing more morphs anyway I'll add an adjustment morph to change that, thanks for pointing that out.
