Taken 10/14/08 on US129 (Tail of the Dragon) at Calderwood Dam on the Little Tennessee River.

Did you stand here, looking down at this peaceful scene and wonder what it looked like before the dam went in? I do. Bet it was a beautiful valley, just as it's not a beautiful lake.
