Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Super stellar macro of the hot and sassy chili pepper, Marilyn!

Hot shot! LOL!

Whoo! That is hot. ;c) I love salsa, it just doesn't like me! I find home-made salsa I do just fine with, but the stuff in the stores doesn't do me fine. ;c) Don't know what's up with that. Excellent image! I like the title, too.

I used to work with a woman who said that all the time: "Hot today, chili tomorrow!" This IS hot stuff! :)
Levemark
Very good!

A very artistic crop to this image Marilyn. I used to work as a Chef/cook/whatever, and splitting and chopping the chillies became a somewhat hazardous job when all of a sudden you get an irresistable itch especially your eye!!! lol.
