Description

Another of my old photos. This was taken on a day trip to Winchester in Hampshire. You had to buy a license to take photos in the cathedral so I wasn't going to take any, but some of the views in there were just so tempting that I had to buy one. I seem to recall that I only took about half a dozen pictures in the end - but it was worth it. :-) This is a view looking along the central aisle from the main door toward the altar.
