Description
These are the power tubes in my Brand New guitar amplifier, inside of which I have been spending most of my free time. That's why I have been 'MIA' from here. I am Very fortunate to have a wife who likes to hear me practice and is exceedingly indulgent with me. (Thank you, Bunny!)
I know this isn't the finest piece of art I've posted but I thought it might be appropriate. And I have to add: my fingers are sore and I'm grinning like a fool.

Rock on Ken !!! I didn't realise they still made valves, the last amp I saw with these was a home-made job...even the valves, talk about skill ! I prefer the warmer sound of valves over transistor amps, but I have a kool distortion box which can mimic the sound, not perfect but it gets me by. Anyhow super macro and watch those finger tips ! ~Cheers~

Actually, I really like this piece. I like the DOF and the bulbs are cool. I used to have to go to the drug store and purchase bulbs for our TV set. It amazed me when they came out with TVsets that didn't need them, lol. I'm sure these are much, much smaller but the large size image makes them appear big. Glad to know that you're still creating new music...you know I love to hear them. Hugs, Nancy
