Another quickie that was anything but. I haven't used DOF much before, but I figured I'd give it another shot here and see how long it would take to get a render I was happy with. Several renders and many more hours later, I was satisfied with the results. It's not much, but it does make a difference when the (pre-postworked) renders are compared.

Focal/perspective - 65mm fStop 4.8 Min. Shading Rate - 0.5 Pixel Samples - 12 Subtle, but it's noticable without being too blurry.
