Description

Twenty-one in a series of classic vehicles, captured 9/21/08, at the beautiful Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance, held annually at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in overpopulated Southern California. For more information on this event, see my posting for 9/28/08. Lagonda was a British car manufacturer, founded as a company in 1906 in Staines, Middlesex by the American Wilbur Gunn (1859-1920). He named the company after a river near his home town of Springfield, Ohio. The company was purchased and integrated into Aston Martin in 1947. My reflection in the lower part of the front left fender. Thankx for popping in, and let this be the beginning of an unforgettable week.

Wonderful convertable. Love the bold curves this automobil has. Huge in size compare to my car and I can imagine a space inside with leather trimm and wood interial panels. Just yuuuummm!
