BIO
Since many, many years "amateur" painter, oil and watercolours, now photo addict ! When painting with oil "flirting with constructivisme" not really abstract... Time is flying... and I love writing too. Wrote my first book 3 years ago. Would like to pursue writing but.... RR is time-eating and so is hiking. What a dilemma !
About hiking : helas ! not anymore...2010 !

there's a 'directness' in some of your images which erases words...but since it drew me back several times, I'll try anyway...part of it is the quiet greens & the overall tones of the picture (these show an artist's sensitivities, it's subtle & delicate); part of it is the beautiful upper half with that broken plaster wall and all the leaves; and for me, it's also the rounded & gentle feeling of the rolled-awning, with a gentle slope atop & that lovely yellow & that slate-blue...as well as the reflections in the lower half (they're restive & beautiful). What can I say, you're really a fine artist. This is beautiful.
