I want to thank everyone for stopping by to view my work.
Thank you to all of you who left a comment on "The River Bluin", they are great, loved reading them.
And thank you to those who have favored my work, I appreciate it.
Done in VistPro and played with a filters in PhotoShop.
Still working on things and was trying a couple of different ideas, going pretty good so far. Had the family over for most if the weekend and had a very good time. Hope everyone had a good Monday

A great VISTAPRO landscape, Rick. There is a certain, pastel look to it. I like the textures of the river, and the wavy green of the ground, between the trees. You have been experimenting, I see. I have tried but most of my textures were well out of scale. This has a uniformity of style about it, which I like a lot. I quite often play about in VISTAPRO, having had it ever since ATARI ST and AMIGA 1200 days, long before the PC was 're-invented'. I prefer the fact that it doesn't take very long to render scenes. I used to leave my PC on overnight to render animated flythroughs of island or archipelago terrains. They took up lots of disk space, though...;o) Warm regards, from a Glasgow about to receive another 2" / 50mm of rain, tomorrow, John.

Don't know how I could have missed this. It's in my estimate one of your best renders, technically speaking, with the mountain ranges in the background. I think the water could be further improved upon, though.
