Description
This one started out, to be a Stress-Test for my PC. *lol*
The Question was, how many Ships can Vue handle in one Scene before it crashs...
Without moving the Ships around:
- 1x Cruiser
- 3x Destroyer
- 7x Frigate
...but then, you can´t even hit "Render"...
With moving the Ships around:
- 1x Cruiser
- 2x Destroyer
- 4x Frigate
This was a more stable setting, and I was able to turn the Cam around.
This Image was rendered in one Scene.
I hope, you like it...
Cheers,
D.

Una imágen extraordinaria sin duda y que, por lo que cuentas, lleva al Vue al límite... valió la pena es un gran trabajo

Excellent work!!!!

Combining a technical test with fun and art: I like that. The result is a pretty cool graphic, too.

So sweet. 5+.

Great Scene....!!
Doom Dancer
Good sense of scale with this one. Even in the open vacuum of space they look massive.

A nice fleet shot. That scene must have had a killer polygon count. Very impressive.

Your choice of background really makes this render...Awesome job!

There are a lot of factors to calculate in when using Vue to render such a scene and your PC, the amount of RAM and OS are more important than how much Vue can handle. If you have Processor and RAM enough in a 64bit enviroment, Vue can handle about anything. I like the details of the ships and the arrangements in this. Nice scene!!!

Very nice space scene. Great models! Well done.

Nice picture. Reminds me to Battlestar Galactica. Have you tried to use the ships as items for an ecosystem? Dependent on your PC you might be able to use even more ships than you tried before.
