My thoughts of it are many, all positive, from deep pleasure in watching it which goes till awe :) The two eyes contrast really gives it all something living in the middle, and the composition you chose is just what was needed :)

as if she is breaking out of her shell... finally too. nicely done and i really like the edges at the bottom.

Well I think it looks great... maybe do sumthin with red around the cracked skin (in the nose area)??? anywayz, Excellent image :)
