Description

The Sentinels stand tall as a symbol of defiance- do not pass this point. They render anybody attempting to cross their threshold psychologically incapable. The ultimate deterrent. The Sentinels are a Carrara model of an 11ft forged steel sculpture I made in 1990- It's still standing tall. Credit to Dreamlight for the environment.

Great modelling and atmosphere - it must be quite something to have done the real sculpture!

Even Confuscius would be intimidated by something a foot taller. He might not choose the North gate but exit via the Nor-Norwest.

Interesting and unique looking environment- I wonder if a greater sense of scale would be achieved by lowering the camera with a slight up-angle?

It would be great I think if you backed this up with a photo of the real thing! If this render is any indication, it must be a wonderful piece to behold. Great composition in this image.

I've been standing here for 5 minutes waiting for "Laura Croft to come running through. Cool render and modeling, I think this bad boy is gonna be standing for a long time!
