it's foggy again, like when I got this shot, some days before and when it's foggy like this you have the feeling daylight has't left enough power to come through... but it has...smile So thanks for all you comments and favs on my last upload and may you have a sunny day today!

...coming out of the woods and and suddenly being surprised by the open space that looks eternal in that fog -- almost like the earth ends right behind those trees... calm and hopeful!

OMG, Ulla, you are so lucky! Foggy fotos are my forte, but all we have around here is bright and very warm sunshine, from dawn to dusk. Boring. In any case, a magnificent capture you have presented here, just loaded with depth.

This has a very special feeling for me. My family and I spent a tour of duty in the 1970s in Bavaria (Germany). We loved everything about those 3 1/2 years...the scenery, the people, the brochen :-), the beer, the castles. I liked getting up early and jogging or walking through the countryside near our home. This is the image in my minds eye of those times. Bill
