I picked up Poser 4 in 1999 as a hobby connected to my gaming habit, intending on moving past the hand drawn character portraits I'd doodled since I was a kid.
Seven versions and a couple decades later, it's still a hobby, but a diversion too. And I still have a gaming habit.

Personally, I am against mixing fiction with history, unless it has some kind of twist. Not knowing the PA, I can't really say what their twist is. What I do know is that this image is fantastic. I really enjoy your renders.
