Description
One more illustration of my own storys... ;o)
After breaking R2's resistance and his attempt to save "Winter", Darth Maul meets a much more mighty and powerfull enemy on his way to kill his target person...it's "Djinn Altis", Jedi knight and supervisor from Bespin... He and his attendent "Mara Jade" are the final frontier against this dastardly assault... "Keep away, Jedi, or you'll never see your home again!" - "No, Sith, I make sure, they need a new clone of you..."
Look into the face of the adversarys and you know everything.............................
After saving "Winters" life, she falls in love with "Djinn" and later she starts a family with him...but this is another picture... ;o)

Image is decent. Curious about your timeline consistency though, as I like short story writing. If Luke Skywalker married Mara Jade, and Luke wasn't even born yet before Darth Maul's death, would Mara Jade be about -20 years old? How is she even around in your story's timeline? Just a nitpick, unless it's some other Mara Jade, but I think it's important when we write that we try to not upset what is already considered facts within the given mythology.

Looking at the angels of the blades...and the positioning of the hands, it looks like you are showing us the instant before each of them cuts the other's head off. I think it would be slightly more dramatic if the saber blades were in contact with one another and had that really cool flare/spark effect that we all know and love. Other than that...great lighting...and good POV. As far as story goes...it is tough to ensure you don't step on canon...but it's vital, especial to a series as iconographic as Star Wars. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing more. Sarge
