Description
I've been taking some natural texture shots. I probably don't have the patience to post all of them in a series, but I'll show them to you one or two at a time.
I shot this cedar bough on one of my walks around my neighborhood. It's right out by the road - no sneak factor. :)

Oh wow! This is a COOL picture, just because it plays on a bizarre memory I have, but I won't go into who got drunk and had to be dragged from under a young cedar. I will say that I have fond memories of cedar now, and no, I was the one doing the dragging while someone who shall remain nameless was the one busy being absolutely blitzed, in another language on top of that. So now that I've said that, I can say that I absolutely love this image for more than a few reasons. I love plant textures and have so few of my own...The light in this is wonderfully captured, as is the complexity of natural shape and texture.
