Description
When I spent a few days in Namur, this charming man went to me.
His name is Roland and he rushed at me, he called me "Madame Nikon", asked me to make portraits of him and his cute little dog named "Princesse" !
This " Princesse", as you can see, is so tiny but she's wearing at her neck an "enormous" bell !
So I have taken 3 picts that I sent to him. Of course, Roland gave me his mail address !
Roland was more than happy when he received my mail and he sent me an answer…I was so far to expect such an answer!!
By the way, he gave me his personal telephone number and he asked me for mine, he also asked me to give him a cal from 8PM… I never did that !
The problem is the following : I'll be back to Namur on the 31st of October, the day that the exhibition of " La Méridienne" will be closed … Shall I meet Roland again ?
Wonderful place for a warm meeting that I will keep in my mind… Make each other enjoy is'nt it the best gift you may offer !

Lors de mon séjour à Namur, j'ai vu arriver ce charmant Monsieur.
Il s'agit de Roland qui s'est précipité vers moi, m'appelant "Madame Nikon", et me demandant de faire des portraits de lui ainsi que de "Princesse", sa petite chienne!
Cette Princesse, comme vous le voyez, est minuscule mais elle porte au cou une clochette "énorme"!
J'ai donc fait trois clichés que je lui ai envoyés car il m'avait, bien évidemment, donné son adresse!
Plus qu'heureux à la réception de mon courrier, Roland me répondit...... je ne m'y attendais pas!!
Cependant, il me donne son n° de téléphone et souhaite avoir le mien, me demandant de l'appeler à partir de 20h00... ce que je ne fis pas!
Me voilà bien car je retourne à Namur le 31 octobre, fin de l'exposition à la Méridienne"... vais-je le rencontrer à nouveau?
Bel endroit pour une rencontre chaleureuse que je garderai en mémoire... faire plaisir n'est-il pas le plus beau des cadeaux!

The puppy is adorable and so tiny! Roland has very good signs on his face - the lines at the eyes, the down-turn of the corner of the eyes and the deep creases at the sides of the mouth all show good humor, a great range of expression and emotion and, of course, with a little dog like that, he must also have a kind and gentle heart... But I will ask, just as I ask my daughter when she introduces me to a new gentleman friend - does he still live with his mother and what does he do for a living? LOL
