Description
This is the Old Pump House on Belle Isle, Richmond Virginia. It used to be used as part of an old electrical plant that was on the James river. Aside from the Grafiti, and the occasional delinquent kids, it's an interesting place to shoot pictures of. I didn't get any of the inside, because the day I was there, a bunch of kids were there, throwing things and being rather irritating...couldn't have gotten a decent, personless shot.
