Description
I went to my Doctor today, He told me I have Emphysema.
This was no shock, I knew something more was going on besides my asthma.
I quit smoking in Feb of this year.
We worked out some plans so I can try to keep from getting worse.
This creeps up on you.
I have the best Family for support.

Sorry to hear your news. Your right, we do tend to put off those things we know must be done. I had no trouble not smoking for 6 months after my stoke. Now I find it more of a challenge. Good luck
