Nicely done! It strikes me as a publicity still from one of those European SF epics that appeared in years following 2001. One cam almost see the strings holding the models up in front of the camera. I can see the crew clearly-- their mouths don't quite match the dialogue, except for the two American former-film stars leading the cast.
