Afternoon all :o)
A bit late today with having to get Ashleigh`s party together .She is having a swimming party and then we are letting our fireworks off tonight with the rest of the family whilst my eldest lad is home for the weekend :o)..
I would imagine everyone knows these landmarks in London .I actually took this shot from the top of an open top bus which was travelling at about 30 mph ,so I dont think I did too bad :o)
Thanks for taking a look and take care .
Mick

You really came up with a great capture from the top of that bus Mick, and this is such a classic. This is a view of these amazing London Landmarks that I've never seen before. It really does look magnificent set against that skyline

Ah, London. The Thames, the Eye, the Houses of Parliament, the big horrible black clouds rushing in to soak everyone. Very good photo

Very good photo The cost of living, the poverty areas no one gives a toss about, the filth in the non tourist areas, the crime, the fiddles and rip offs, the high mortgages and low acomidation, the pot holes, the damaged pavements, the dog crap, shall I go on, I mean I do have a few more LOL!, you did good to get this from a moving sight seeing bus Mate :)

These are the sights I'm familiar with, but yeah, there's always the side of town most people don't see in any city--still, a great shot!!

A beautiful scene, lovely London landmarks, historical and great architecture, then right near the eye, the concrete St Thomas' Hospital! I stayed there for 6 weeks after my kidney transplant this year so for me it is a wonderful place despite sticking out like a sore thumb- Great work Mick
